blogs on blogspot exluded from live.com search results

I have just stumbled upon some stupid fact that is uncomfortably points to some cruel Live.com feature that is EXCLUDING blogspot.com from search results , is it a competitive issue ? No , noway , its just that LIVE.com doesn't "realize" that Google.com and its' "children" exists ...Googlers , get ready to be Excluded !
google OS must be on the way , i tell ye.
